Position Overview

Crown Towing & Collision Repair, with 4,800+ Google reviews, is expanding and hiring full-time Tow Truck Operators in the Portland area. We provide tow services for AAA members, retail, and commercial customers. We do NOT provide private property impound services. Our fleet is modern and well maintained. Crown is an established Portland-area towing company, serving the community since 2007.

Who Crown Is Hiring

  • Self-motivated drivers with a great work ethic
  • Tow truck operators who can work independently and as a team player
  • People who are comfortable working with retail customers and AAA members
  • Drivers who respond to tow requests in a prompt, professional, courteous, and safe manner

Qualified Applicants

  • 2+ years of experience is preferred — training will be provided
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 3 citations within 3 years
  • Able to pass the required background check, including no felony convictions within 10 years
  • Excellent customer service skills and a clean, neat appearance
  • Able to safely lift, carry, and handle equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds
  • At least 25 years of age for insurance eligibility
