Services
Crown provides towing, roadside assistance, collision repair, and related vehicle services in the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington metro area. Service availability, pricing, and response time are subject to dispatch capacity, weather, and traffic conditions.
Quotes and pricing
Any estimate, photo estimate, or web quote is preliminary. The final invoice is based on the actual work performed and parts used, and will be reviewed with you before repair begins. Towing charges are quoted by dispatch at the time of the call.
Payment
Payment for towing is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged (for example, AAA dispatch, insurance billing, or a pre-approved fleet account). Collision repair payment terms are set out in your written repair authorization.
Workmanship guarantee
Crown guarantees paint and body workmanship for the life of the vehicle, for its current owner. The guarantee is non-transferable and ends if ownership changes. Manufacturer parts are covered by their own warranty (typically one year).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crown's liability for any claim related to the website or our services is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated version.
